You will configure your company profile, create an admin account, add departments and confirm payroll settings.

System Requirements

✓ PHP 8.4.19 (required: 8.2+)
✓ Database connection established
✓ Storage directory writable
✓ Botswana PAYE tax bands pre-loaded (BURS April 2025 rates)
✓ Chart of Accounts pre-loaded (37 nominal accounts)

What you will set up

Step 1 — Company Details

Legal name, TIN, address, financial year, currency

Step 2 — Admin Account

Create the super-admin login for Finnexus

Step 3 — Departments

Add your company departments and cost centres

Step 4 — Payroll & Tax

Confirm PAYE bands, SDL rate and pension defaults
